Product and GTM generalist in Espoo. Six years at Vaadin across BDR, CSM, PO, and PM. Currently building as much as managing.
Now
Building Bastion — a privacy-first discussion platform with cryptographic identity isolation. Solo: full-stack, infrastructure, EU-hosted deployment. Making it work without a traditional engineering background.
Projects
Privacy-first discussion platform. Ed25519 signing, HKDF-derived pseudonyms per circle, invite-token membership. Designed so your identity in one context can't be linked to your identity in another.
Personal finance app built end-to-end with Lovable.dev, hardened with Claude Code. An experiment in whether someone without a React or TypeScript background can still ship a working product by thinking like a PM about the tool itself. It worked.
AI-native household coordination app — a chief of staff for the family. Manages tasks, schedules, and priorities across a household.
Browser-based deckbuilding match-3 roguelike. Built in TypeScript with Phaser 3 and Vite. Greybox prototype with Steam release planned via Electron.
Micro-productivity tool. Surfaces your 3–5 highest-priority tasks for the day. Intentionally minimal.
Personal knowledge compiler. Drop unstructured files and the system builds a navigable, visually contextual knowledge space. In early development.
How I work
Generalist by disposition. Years of customer-facing work before product, which means I tend to arrive at roadmap decisions with the messy context already baked in rather than discovering it later. I'd rather ship something small and wrong than plan something big and theoretical.
Comfortable being the person who figures out what nobody has figured out yet — infrastructure choices, cryptographic architecture, GTM positioning, whatever the thing is. AI tools have made this considerably more fun.
